It looks like the app was installed and uninstalled pretty quickly, which meant we didn’t get a chance to assist you directly. Just to clarify, while Starshipit is recommended by NZ Post, it does require a separate Starshipit account to connect properly with your Shopify store. We completely understand this can be confusing if you weren’t expecting to create a new login. If you’re open to giving it another try, we’d be happy to walk you through the setup step-by-step and make sure everything connects smoothly.
