We’ve since confirmed that our driver SMS verification in Singapore now uses a registered local sender ID via Twilio Verify, a trusted global messaging provider, and that in the last 30 days verification codes have been delivered successfully to drivers across all major Singapore carriers, including on Android devices. Singapore has particularly strict SMS policies, and in rare cases device- or line-specific settings can still interfere, so we’re always happy to troubleshoot those one-on-one.
