Wish things dynamically assigned and each driver wasn't so expensive, we don't do many deliveries.

Flexible. Functional. Great support from Elina. Once we have our training wheels off this is going to add huge value to our small operation.
Please add the option to ordenate orders insede the routes by the nwest too, TSM.
While I wish Shopify still offered their free built in solution, this is a good replacement. I wish it was a bit cheaper per seat, our local nonprofit struggles to pay for an extra seat on our busier weeks.

I need more videos how the system works
It's great. There's been a bit of a learning curve as some of the buttons and placement aren't so obvious as to what the next step is. We also build our Wholesale deliveries into our Residential deliveries (and/ or some of our customers get their orders delivered to their workplace) so having an option to add delivery time frames per location (e.g. start time: 7:00 End time: 15:00) would be really helpful as there is a bit of thinking required to accommodate the whole route every week.
Excellent app for managing our local wholesale business that includes weekly deliveries to over 300 accounts. Their customer service / tech support is great and quick to respond to any issues as well. Highly recommended app.
