fantastic! we started offering a delivery service via our online furniture retail business, easy routes has made this decision so much easier, for us one of the best features is how easily everything integrates and streamlines, from orders coming through, to building the route and the notifications sent to customers along the way which stops them contacting us constantly for delivery updates, its actually perfect for what we need, just awesome!
Wish things dynamically assigned and each driver wasn't so expensive, we don't do many deliveries.

I need more videos how the system works
While I wish Shopify still offered their free built in solution, this is a good replacement. I wish it was a bit cheaper per seat, our local nonprofit struggles to pay for an extra seat on our busier weeks.
It's great. There's been a bit of a learning curve as some of the buttons and placement aren't so obvious as to what the next step is. We also build our Wholesale deliveries into our Residential deliveries (and/ or some of our customers get their orders delivered to their workplace) so having an option to add delivery time frames per location (e.g. start time: 7:00 End time: 15:00) would be really helpful as there is a bit of thinking required to accommodate the whole route every week.
