We are very glad to have this app on our site because back-in-stock requests is a big ask from our customers. The setup is easy and works well. Also, the support team has been really helpful and responsive. They kept me updated throughout the process and clearly explained what they were doing to address our issue. We needed the Back-in-Stock feature to work for products with no previous inventory history, and they took the time to understand our current setup and guide us on possible solutions.
