Incredible? 29.07.2026: feed is frozen in a 21-22.07.2026 status. App support asks to manual resync product by product (>15000 products). This is stupid and offensive for me.
You should be ashamed of how broken the entire environment is: google app, shopify, ga4, ads, merchant. Think first, test and then implement. Nothing works as presented to work.
This was December 7 2025.
6 months later (4th of June 2026) it is even worse. I cannot believe anyone can be payed to respond as they do.
5.06.26 Still in circle while Google support and Shopify support think Catch22 and Kafka are not familiar to us. We know about them. We used to read instead of ticketing you.
4.07.26 Still incorrect. It creates a new container, new tag at each disconnect. Wich needs to be merged with old tag for stream purpose. Which means it blocks twice each page and not populate correctly every single time. It does not sync with actual setup; it creates numerous containers, never clears up the integration. Lack of actual support. Nobody is doing anything. Just re-iterating old online generic answers.
