Delhivery ‑ Logistics Platform

Absolutely terrible experience with Delhivery. There is no way to speak to a real human agent. For the past week, there have been zero pickups, yet every day the system shows a false update saying “shipper not available” even though we are present at our location with shipments ready.

Customer support is completely useless, offering only copy-paste replies without actually resolving the issue. The web dashboard is in a broken state — pickup requests don’t display properly, making it impossible to manage shipments.

There is no escalation mechanism, no accountability, and no option to contact a supervisor or manager. For a company of this scale, this level of service is shocking and unacceptable.
