I am actually shocked at how amazing the customer service is.

I got a message from Grace, advising me she noticed the alignment of the alignment was not correct on the website. Showed me in the chat what she could do and just did it. No prompt from me. This is actually a level of customer service I hadn't experienced before.

Definitely sold me on this product and I havent even used it yet!
