This has to be one of the worst and most frustrating Customer Service I have ever had to deal with. After speaking with Stark and Lina, it is clear they value nothing more than money. After uninstalling the app several months ago, it has still continued to charge us. Even when speaking to them, they provided no solution as they said "I cannot provide proof of uninstalling the app"... Pathetic

We've carefully reviewed your case: both Shopify Billing and our app logs show no record of an uninstall from four months ago, and Shopify has confirmed the same. Even so, as a goodwill gesture, we proactively refunded two months of fees for you. For the sake of fairness and accuracy, we're only able to refund charges that are supported by Shopify's billing and uninstall history. We truly appreciate your understanding. All the best!
