It seems like I find a new issue with Klaviyo every day.

Do NOT use them for order confirmation emails. You cannot update any info or resend confirmations to a different address. If the customer mis-enters their shipping address, email, etc. that is it. It only records info one time. It does not communicate with Shopify at all.

Our customers are very confused why we can no longer resend updated confirmations, as Shopifys native email notifications can do this. We have been using that for years! It's a very simple function.

I am going to have to switch our confirmations back to Shopify because people want a copy of their receipt with the correct info.

We spent a lot of time and effort setting up these flows only for them not to work as intended.

And it's frustrating that every time I reach out to support they respond that "it is a current platform limitation." We pay top dollar to use this service and the basic functions don't work! Why is everything a limitation? Just save yourself some money and use Shopify inbox or literally anything else.

We are looking into alternatives now.
