Mariane was so efficient in getting my problem resolved satisfactorily. She was professional, well mannered and only wanted to make sure everything was handled correctly, professionally and more importantly, in a timely manner and she didn't make me wait even near to what I was thinking it would take to get this issue resolved. Superquick!
