Cary's has been amazing since I took her on as a Private personal agent, she has been quick and helpful, she is also based in Hangzhou which is the Birthplace of Jack Ma and therefore Alibaba/Express.
This makes sourcing much easier and faster, she has a speciality in sourcing clothes too.

He helped me every step of the way and guided me with clear instructions, we worked together from both ends to ensure the problem was solved. I asked for his patience and we ended up spending half an hour fixing the problem.
