Wait time to get help was brutal. I now realize it's because this whole integration change is a hot mess, transition wise, and the reps need to take a ton of time to sort everyone out.

Nick was very helpful and patient. This whole experience was very frustrating and he walked me through it, kept me on track and we got it done. Someone didn't plan this transition very well, but Nick was good to get me through it despite that. Thanks Nick.
