I asked BON to import 15,821 customer points.

They said, “Give us a few minutes.”

Reader, they were not lying.

Points moved.
No customers were emotionally disturbed.
No notification emails detonated.
Zero chaos.

They even flagged 266 customers without emails like calm adults running a spreadsheet-based emergency room.

Then there was Hazel.

Hazel checked in.
Hazel celebrated.
Hazel politely requested a review with the enthusiasm of someone who just discovered emojis for the first time.

Was I emotionally prepared for that level of commitment? No.
Did I respect it? Deeply.

Migration: smooth.
Communication: fast.
Energy: somewhere between SaaS professional and caffeinated golden retriever.

Would I recommend BON?

Yes.
