I tested several loyalty apps before choosing this one, including Rivo, Smile, Essentials, Essentials Loyalty, and ReferralCandy. Most options either forced me into one limited setup or the other, and when they did offer flexibility, the pricing was honestly unrealistic for a small merchant.

Loyalty Reward Program was a breath of fresh air. The platform is simple, intuitive, and gives me the exact level of customization I needed without making everything complicated. Setup was straightforward, and the UI is clean and easy to navigate.

What really makes the difference, though, is the support team. Adrian helped me through every single question I had, guided me through configurations, and was consistently fast, clear, and genuinely proactive. One of the best support experiences I have had across Shopify apps.
