UPDATE: We've launched message customization! You can now edit message templates (right in the app) to match your brand. We're working hard to improve the app and we appreciate your feedback.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We understand how important it is to edit templates and add buttons (like confirmations). We are actively working on features to give Shopify merchants more control over template customization.
