L'app ha del potenziale ma al momento presenta diversi problemi.
Il primo problema che ho riscontrato è che nonostante il negozio abbia la lingua italiana impostata i messaggi che vengono inviati al cliente hanno il titolo in italiano e il pulsante in italiano, ma il corpo del messaggio in inglese...

Dal WhatsApp Manager non è possibile modificare il messaggio perché creato da un'app esterna.

Inoltre sarebbe utile avere altri messaggi automatici che partono quando l'ordine su Shopify viene evaso e non solo quando viene spedito.

Spero presto in un aggiornamento, per poter aggiornare la mia recensione.

Works smoothly and is far more cost-effective than other third-party apps.
However, it’s missing a critical feature: the ability to edit templates.

While you can create new templates in the WhatsApp Manager within Meta Business Suite, there’s currently no way to access or use those templates inside the Shopify WhatsApp app, which is quite disappointing.

Hopefully the developers address this soon, as this limitation is a common concern mentioned across many other reviews.

Foi fácil configurar, e funciona bem. Porém, não é possível editar os textos das mensagens e estão todos em português de Portugal, o que gera algumas diferenças para os brasileiros. Seria bom se tivesse uma maior gama de personalizações para cada loja.

the option to edit templates must be added, also one issue that we are facing is with order shipped message being sent to the customer the moment order is manifested, which should not be the case, instead it should go when order has been picked up by courier.

Works smoothly and is far more cost-effective than other third-party apps. However, it’s missing two critical features: the ability to edit templates and the option to schedule messages. While you can create new templates in the WhatsApp Manager within Meta Business Suite, there’s currently no way to access or use those templates inside the Shopify WhatsApp app, nor can you set messages to be sent after a delay—whether a few minutes or even a day after an order is placed—which is quite disappointing. Hopefully the developers address this soon.

App davvero pessima, ho contattato l'assistenza senza ricevere alcuna risposta, ho contatto anche WhatsApp direttamente dall'app e mi hanno detto che non è di loro competenza, ho contattato Meta e mi hanno detto la stessa cosa, questo è ridicolo visto che i messaggi vengono creati all'interno di business.facebook.com. Non c'e alcuna possibilita di modificare i messaggi, in piu ho selezionato il messaggio da inviare "ordine spedito" ma il messaggio viene inviato immediatamente anche prima di essere spedito.

Easy to set up.
Given that this a new app, the initial functions are pretty neat.

Features requests:
- Merchants should be allowed to customise message templates
- Broadcast function and message consent management
- New message initiation via shopify admin, so CS life can be easier.

Pricing seems to be cheaper than intergrating via other providers.

Terrible app, It started to spam order notifications to all my customers who ordered, not only it annoyed my customers but it also got me banned on whatsapp for spamming!

I went through whatsapp support to help rectify this issue and they just would not appeal my ban, they just give the same bs reason "Oh we will help you in 48 hrs" yea right, more like 48 years

Avoid this app at all costs

*WhatsApp support got back to me after posting this review but after giving my details and etc they went silent on me for 2 weeks and counting... great support whatsapp bravo!*
