Bien, pero no puedo gestionar la hora de envios de los mensajes y clientes se quejan de que les llega a horas de madrugada. Está en time zone MADRID / ESP pero aún así algo pasa y no veo la opción de QUIET HOURS o algo parecido. Gracias!

Very limited option, no option create new template, no option to increase daily limit even after verification, no option to contact support, only getting automated replies.

1. It does not send new Tracking number which is assigned after one tracking number is used and another is assigned for exchange purpose.
2. Limited features overall.

Application difficile à personnaliser soit même, la personnalisation est faite par facebook et rien d'autres on a pas la main mise dessus, application à revoir sérieusement.

La usiamo da poco ma devo dire che siamo molto soddisfatti, i clienti ci ricontattano spesso su whatsapp per informazioni o assistenza e devo dire che è molto meglio delle email per questo. Metto 4 stelle solo perchè sarebbe perfetto poter integrare (anche a pagamento) la possibilità di usare i modelli di Whatsapp Manager, sia per il marketing che per info ordini ecc.

This app is absolutely silly with how it handles verification and trying to assume things on your behalf. Honestly their isn't enough space or time to go through how bad the experience is. It took six months to finish verifying and approved and it still doesn't work and can't verify the number on this app. Edit: This is a must use app for us unfortunately which is why we tolerate it, if there was any alternative we would use it.

We're a small business. Prior to installing I was able to use broadcasts for my business. After installing I can no longer access broadcasts or even find a paid way to send out marketing comms at scale from Whatsapp. I'm likely to just remove this Whatsapp integration.

It does automate customer order updates, so that's nice, but it's not helping me grow my business.

After doing all the setup. It automatically disconnects after 10 mins and logsout from all devices and disconnects from shopify so i have to do it all again, then the same problem happen again and again.

SUPER FUNCIONAL me encantó pero tienen un GRAN PROBLEMA. La información que escribe en los mensajes automáticos, no es exacta con la situación actual de los pedidos. Me gustaria poder personalizar.

Por ejemplo, cuando un pedido se marca "preparado", la notificación que el cliente recibe es "pedido enviado". Pero eso noe s verdad; al menos en mi tienda.

The app works great for what it does: sending transactional notifications. But other than that, it doesn't help much, unfortunately.

You need 2 more main things implemented:
- broadcasting
- abandoned cart / checkout automations

...and then the app wil be 5-stars. Until then, only 3-stars for being extremely basic.
Also, all the contacts show as unknown number (not sure if their name is supposed to show, probably not, but it would be good if customers were matched with the Shopify customer database via their phone number).
