Easy to set up.
Given that this a new app, the initial functions are pretty neat.
Features requests:
- Merchants should be allowed to customise message templates
- Broadcast function and message consent management
- New message initiation via shopify admin, so CS life can be easier.
Pricing seems to be cheaper than intergrating via other providers.

L'app ha del potenziale ma al momento presenta diversi problemi.
Il primo problema che ho riscontrato è che nonostante il negozio abbia la lingua italiana impostata i messaggi che vengono inviati al cliente hanno il titolo in italiano e il pulsante in italiano, ma il corpo del messaggio in inglese...
Dal WhatsApp Manager non è possibile modificare il messaggio perché creato da un'app esterna.
Inoltre sarebbe utile avere altri messaggi automatici che partono quando l'ordine su Shopify viene evaso e non solo quando viene spedito.
Spero presto in un aggiornamento, per poter aggiornare la mia recensione.
the option to edit templates must be added, also one issue that we are facing is with order shipped message being sent to the customer the moment order is manifested, which should not be the case, instead it should go when order has been picked up by courier.
