This is fucking ass, I cancled my plan but they still charge me for it, they have made it impossible to cancel the subscription too

Canceling the subscription stops the next billing cycle, but if a billing period has already started, the charge is processed according to Shopify’s billing system. The timing of charges and cancellations is handled directly by Shopify, not by Syncee.
