All i have to say is that i build two online store sourcing with syncee, one of them had 250 products (let you imagine the hard work that was put in) and when i was ready to start selling the supplier cut off syncee! today i have two online store one with zero product and second about to go down! 6 months of very hard work thrown away and for that i can no longer trust syncee!

The positive reviews have to be fake. No way they have a 4.3 rating!!! Don't use them; you will be pulling your hair out on every order. 60% of orders don't get fulfilled even after I have paid. They are out of stock or the order just goes to a void. Then you cannot get a refund for the order, so you have to file chargebacks for all of them. The support is overseas or AI and is useless. You cannot build a business around Syncee; it would be impossible to scale to any size. The concept is great; the execution is about as bad as it can get. Read the other bad reviews, those are the real reviews!!! Not faked.

If I could give no stars at all, I would! This company is so unprofessional and greedy. Please, please stay away from it if you don't want to be charged for not using them ! I installed the app and have never used it, and then I unsubscribed and uninstalled the app, and yet I have been charged for another month, and I am still chasing them for the refund, which they are refusing! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS FAR AS YOU CAN! Contacted Shopify customer care support and they were uselss as well! Definetelly moving away from SHopify to another platform ! No more wasting time here!

I have an unfulfilled order with MODA Dropship supplier. The goods were paid for and the order was never fulfilled by MODA Dropship for over two months now.

I would really appreciate it if you could follow up with MODA Dropship supplier to give an update about my paid for unfulfilled order.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon in bring solution to this issue as it has completely ruined my experience in using the services.

I'm absolutely fed up with trying to correct the errors in there listings. Every time I do corrections they updadte and install all the errors into my store. Missing gtin's sku's barcodes variants. Huge collections of lovely items, but too much trouble to be worth while.

Provided "support" with AI without even identifying it as AI. In doing so, they were also fairly inflexible on a billing question I had. No thanks!

Avoid this app, predatory billing, and no accountabilityThis was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had on Shopify. I was charged nearly $150 CAD for an app I used for two days, uninstalled immediately, and never benefited from.
Support was cold, inflexible, and offered no real help just copy paste policies.
Seeing other reviews with the same experience makes this feel intentional rather than accidental. If you’re new to Shopify or on a tight budget, this app can seriously hurt you financially.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. According to Syncee’s refund policy approved during the subscription process, refunds were unfortunately not eligible in your case. After the promotional $1 first month period ends, the subscription automatically continues at the full plan price unless canceled beforehand. It is the responsibility of the account holder to monitor subscriptions and cancel on time if needed. Awful confusing why doesn't shopify use third parties it is not easy to navigate sent an email immediately at first charge. Now its happened twice. I have only two logins, once when I was coaxed into the service which had zero products relevant to my brand, and the second logon trying to get rid of this on phone talking to shopify support. The emails say shopify billing this is a mess

There were bugs in their app; it worked fine initially, but then everything was updated and flawed. I haven't seen any fixes, so I wasted my money on it.

Runaway! Terrible Logistics. If you have taken the trouble to build a brand a customer loyalty do not use this app. It will diminish your brand. The Fulfillment process is a joke. Deliveries take 10 days plus and you have to dig through emails to find a tracking number affiliated with a sketchy Chinese carrier.

If you have a dropship company with zero branding, just swindling people who aren't familiar with Amazon, this app is for you.

If you're a small business owner building a brand RUN!

I only gave this 3 stars because most people only check the 3 star reviews. My real score is Negative A BILLION STARS. Again RUN!
