I'm actually using it for pre-sale. I have thousands of SKUs I have to re-make. I put them all as pre-sale and customers have to acknowledge the extended lead time only on items at inventory level 0 or less (some sold). I applied a discount for the wait time. As soon as I put one in stock the listing and price goes back to normal.
