The experience was absolutely terrible!I specifically checked the stock before placing the order and it seemed plentiful, but I was only notified a week later that it was out of stock and couldn't be shipped. Contacting customer service was even more frustrating; their responses were ridiculously slow, and each time they switched staff, their professionalism was practically nonexistent. If you want to improve your store's business, you should probably switch to a different app.
