I had a really bad experience with GemPages.

Because of issues on my landing page, I had to contact support multiple times. They asked for access to my store, and I trusted them and gave it.

After that, things got worse. Their technical team somehow changed my product page without my permission. For about 4 hours, my live product page was completely different and broken while my ads were running. This caused me to lose money and also hurt my customers’ trust.

On top of that, they were very slow in fixing the actual problem I contacted them for. The page loading issues are still not properly resolved.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. This didn’t just waste my time — it actually cost me money. I would not recommend using this app.
