I'm kind of a noob when it comes to many of these apps/plugins and Gem can be a bit complicated (to me at least), but whenever I run into any issues, the GemPages support is awesome. They are super responsive and they get it done. The page tools are also great and I'm def adding more versions to my site. Highly recommend. John S. 100%Naturals
I've been using GemPages for a while now and it's been smooth sailing. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, customizable, and gives me full control over my page designs. Definitely recommended for any Shopify merchant!
My only suggestion for improvement would be adding a bulk update feature so changes made on one page can automatically apply to duplicate or similar pages.

After much frustration with Pagefly the last few months - I have been on a look for a replacement. This app has almost all the same features, and it's easy to speak with support. They actually help and try to find a solution. I do find the back end to be a bit laggy -- especially when adding collections to a page & Scrolling throughout the page but they are always continuing to improve and work on the app. Would Recommend!

Great app with excellent support!
GemPages has been a great page builder for creating and customizing Shopify pages. It’s easy to use, flexible, and gives me a lot of control over the design without needing to code everything from scratch.
What really stands out is their customer support. The support team is very responsive, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues and answer questions. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been quick to understand the problem and provide a solution.

I really enjoy this builder. I've just been on the free plan, but once my store is generating income I will switch to the paid version to take advantage of animations and the other features. I feel the free plan has a good amount to offer.
The support is S Tier. Even on the free plan. I couldn't figure out how to get an element looking how I wanted, the chat bubble support responded instantly. The first guy couldn't get it working but a higher up support member applied the fix in a couple hours and explained exactly how he did it so I could do it myself in the future. Couldn't be happier :)

More important than the features, GemPages has an outstanding costumer support that will help you make your webshop the way you want it to be even if it requires them to write sections of custom code for you. Very fast at answering and always very communicative throughout all the steps.
