I am very satisfied with the customer service that they provide! Although I had to pay 20$ to restore the page that I deleted by mistake, their service was well worth it! GemPages has helped me create websites with ease, and I highly recommend them to all the website builders out there. Again, I'd like to thank GemPages for satisfying all of my needs, and responding to all of my requests on time. Highly appreciated!
GemPages support was patient and thorough. Liam, Jamie and Mona fixed our product rich snippets so all variants and barcodes show correctly, and made sure our Loox review stars still come through. It took a couple of rounds, but they got it right
GemPages has been a great tool for building and customizing our Shopify pages. It’s flexible, easy to work with, and gives us much more control over our page designs. The support team has also been fantastic—super responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any questions or issues. Highly recommended!
I'm kind of a noob when it comes to many of these apps/plugins and Gem can be a bit complicated (to me at least), but whenever I run into any issues, the GemPages support is awesome. They are super responsive and they get it done. The page tools are also great and I'm def adding more versions to my site. Highly recommend. John S. 100%Naturals
After much frustration with Pagefly the last few months - I have been on a look for a replacement. This app has almost all the same features, and it's easy to speak with support. They actually help and try to find a solution. I do find the back end to be a bit laggy -- especially when adding collections to a page & Scrolling throughout the page but they are always continuing to improve and work on the app. Would Recommend!

GemPages has been a great page builder for creating and customizing Shopify pages. It’s easy to use, flexible, and gives me a lot of control over the design without needing to code everything from scratch.

I really enjoy this builder. I've just been on the free plan, but once my store is generating income I will switch to the paid version to take advantage of animations and the other features. I feel the free plan has a good amount to offer.
The support is S Tier. Even on the free plan. I couldn't figure out how to get an element looking how I wanted, the chat bubble support responded instantly. The first guy couldn't get it working but a higher up support member applied the fix in a couple hours and explained exactly how he did it so I could do it myself in the future. Couldn't be happier :)

Great customer support they solved my issue in less then 24 hours
I just joined the GemPages app. An issue occurred while I was building my first product page. I was getting frustrated. I contacted support. They got back to me just after a few minutes. I talked to Felicie. She was very professional and direct. She and her team took over and were able to fix the issue in no time. So far I am satisfied with customer support, and they are knowledgeable.
