A reliable page builder with true responsive support via chat which never fails to assist when needed. Response times are quick and solutions are often achieved quite fast to be honest. If you're looking for a robust Shopify page builder with tons of features and easy to learn, GemPages is the way to go.
GemPages works well, you can create great pages with it, especially the new Version 7 edition, which adds a lot of functionality and also makes it simpler to use. We recently had to call on the GemPages support when our home page refused to load in Chrome. They were brilliant and resolved our problem quickly, which turned out to be a caching issue rather than anything else and not a problem caused by GemPages. Definitely 5* service.
Overall, I have had a great experience with GemPages. Their support team is very responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly resolve an issue with tracking codes in our theme files, and the solution they provided was effective. I appreciate their attention to detail and the promptness of their service. Highly recommended!
Gempages makes it easy to create expensive looking landing pages and pre-sale pages. Small learning curve but the support has been great and connecting with them is very fast. Sarah and others have walked me through anything I get stuck on with patience and professionalism.
Allows us to really enhance the customer experience and drive conversions by building out feature-rich pages that far exceed Shopify's native capabilities. Tech support is great too, friendly and fast. They usually get back to you in chat right away, if not then within a couple of hours. Definitely worth the money!
Very helpful and responsive team, they can quickly solve all issues for you. The app itself is easy to use, with many prebuilt templates for ECOM brands which saves a lot of time.
I have been using this app for 2 years in multiple shopify stores. They have excellent customer support. They are very reponsive, helpful and polite. As GEMPages interfaces with many other shopify apps (translation, product personalization, waiting lists...), their integrations are good but cannot be perfect. You need to be careful with app choices and anticipate running into some technical issues during setup. This being said, GEMPages do an amazing work by implementing solutions on your specific store or suggest workarounds. But nothing can be 100% perfect as it is an ecosystem and apps have different logics.
I have create a listicle page for the first on GemPages. I personally found it difficult to use and had technically issues.
When I contacted the support, Camellia help me out and she did an excellent job. She was fast to identify my issue and helped me sort it out on the spot. Her customer service was absolutely amazing.
Big fan of the expanded ability to customize my store without necessarily having to invest into an expensive premium theme.
