We’ve been using GemPages for almost five years, and I have to say—it’s an incredibly powerful and easy-to-use page builder.
Even more importantly, their customer service is outstanding! Whenever you need help, their team is always there, offering timely and professional support.

Liam was extremely helpful! I was having issues with my website footer and he guided me through the problem quickly and clearly. His support made the whole process stress-free, and everything looks perfect now. I really appreciate his patience and professionalism—highly recommend working with him!

We love this app for building custom pages! Our company, Wash Safe, makes Eco Safe exterior cleaning products to clean roofs, siding, decks, pavers, etc; and we needed really attractive and user friendly pages to help us show clients that. GemPages is the best page builder we have used with the best support. In the last couple weeks alone we have reached out to their team for help and received a FAST reply and FAST solutions to help us build our dream pages. You guys are the BEST!

Used to be great, but has gone downhill since the V7 upgrade. As of late it feels like they're doing everything they can to put previously accessible features under new, more expensive paywalls, just to squeeze every last dollar out of marchants.

Which would be understandable, if the app was still great. It's not. Everything went to the toilet since V7. They constantly push "upgrades" that take several minutes "re-optimizing" your pages before you can get in the editor to make any changes. That too often freezes. I've found myself locked out of the editor due to an "upgrade" at crucial times.

Anyone who hasn't used this yet, I recommend you install something else.

Terrific application to help uou customize landing and collection pages for those that don't know how to code. You may be able to vibecode your way out of a homepage but for product pages this is invaluable. Terrific support team always availabe on chat too!

So far GemPages has been a great app to work with. So many features and it looks so much better than what my current page currently looks like. Also, the customer service has been incredible and each time I have needed assistance, they worked really hard to quickly get me my answer. I am glad I changed to GemPages and will continue using them for the foreseeable future.

i like gempages . you can achieve whatever you want, have nice templates, easy to work on it and smooth. Nice combination with GemX for abtesting ! Supprot always answers fast !
