The Simprosys team has been extremely efficient and reactive in solving a critical price mismatch issue (TTC vs HT) that was threatening my Google Merchant Center account. While I still believe that a proactive alert system within the app would be a major improvement for 2026 to prevent such turnover losses, I must highlight the high quality of their technical support.
