Very disappointing overall. It is not possible to properly edit the message templates, which severely limits customization. Even worse, the automated translations (for example into German) are completely incorrect and unusable.
It's surprising that such a fundamental issue has not been noticed or fixed. This is a critical bug that directly affects customer communication.
