Orderly Emails ‑ Templates App

We experienced a serious incident with Orderly Emails where multiple collections on our store were deleted without warning or authorisation.

Shopify logs confirm the app triggered these actions.

This is an email app — it should never have the ability to delete store collections. There is no warning of this behaviour anywhere, and the damage caused is permanent and significant.

This is extremely dangerous for any live store.

We’ve contacted support and are awaiting a response, but we’ve also seen similar reports from other users.

Use at your own risk — we strongly recommend avoiding this app until they resolve the matter
