We’ve only recently set up BON Loyalty, but so far it’s been a great fit for our store. One thing we really appreciate is that there’s no additional cost tied to order volume. We run a medium-volume café alongside retail, so we process a lot of small transactions and many loyalty apps get expensive quickly.

Setup was straightforward and the support team has been responsive when we had questions. Looking forward to continuing to build out our rewards program with it.
