Track123 Order Tracking

This app is simply not good enough. It claims to support many carriers, but that is not true. I specifically needed it for Danske Fragtmænd, which is listed in the app — but in reality, it doesn’t work at all.

Tracking statuses are not updated, and the integration is basically useless. Even worse, support told me to manually update everything myself “until they fix the issue” — and they’ve been saying that for over a week now with no solution.

This feels very misleading. The app promises functionality that it clearly does not deliver. I would not recommend it if you rely on accurate tracking or proper carrier integration.
