Orderly Emails ‑ Templates App

On 29th March, Orderly emails broke my website completely. Dozens of collections disappeared.
Many of these were part of the Main Menu - so the navigation broke as well.
The number of hours that this will take to figure out the issues is enormous.

It is always a risk giving store access to apps. But I never expected this level of irresponsibility.

How could this have happened without human involvement? This is absolutely inexcusable because as a business we depend on tech providers to ensure that their work is impeccable.

This is simply inexcusable. I hope Shopify will remove them from the app store so that no one else suffers this way in the future.
