Printful: Print on Demand

It's highly frustrating being a new business owner staring your business here thinking customer service would be available to help with questions and trouble shooting problems. They seriously need a customer service number to speak with a live person to speak to about some issues with their website inconsistent. This seriously needs to be addressed and not via some chat bot or email. I need actual contact with a human to express this in full. the bots aren't solving my issues. Gosh this is way more stressful than it needed to be. Time for a serious update and really dial in the customer service. Highly annoyed.
