Unable to setup WhatsApp for my store. It gives me a reason that I am not eligible, I could not find any documentation where I can find the eligibility criteria. I tried to submit a ticket in the app from my Shopify admin, it wouldn't submit the ticket either. Error: Failed to submit support case, please try again.
