I have an old, very modified theme. Many challenges came with integration due to this. Support was right there from early to late answering questions and even troubleshooting theme code! I don't think I waited for more than 10 minutes for a response to a cold question and MUCH shorter times when a conversation was started. My issues were given to a new tech as the day went on but each new tech picked up right where the last left off. This is AMAZING!
