Zoko: WhatsApp for D2C Brands

Its been only a month since I started using zoko. It is much better on every aspect from the platform which I was previously using. They assign a customer success manager (thank you Nishant for everything) who helps with not only getting up and running quickly but share great insights to improve overall conversion and return on investment.
Will update the review in latter months about my experience with more details here.
