The team at GemPages always goes above and beyond to help. I can see why they are rated so highly. Very intuitive page builder that is fast and has as lot of option to increase your coversion but the team is really what makes it. Any time I have a question no matter the time of day somebody is there to give me live support within 10 to 15 minutes. I would highly highly recommend GemPages and I have been using them for different stores for around 5 or 6 years now.
Hello MelodyMade,
Thank you so much for such generous feedback. We are thrilled that GemPages has given you an intuitive and flexible way to build your pages, but even more pleased that our team has consistently been there when you needed support.
Knowing that someone is available to assist within 10 to 15 minutes and that our team has continued to go above and beyond means a great deal to us. Your strong recommendation is truly appreciated by everyone here.
As you continue growing and optimising your store, whenever you need advice, troubleshooting, or simply a helping hand, our team will be here for you.
