I had an issue that I couldn't figure out with the app, and Shubhankar was so helpful. He was patient and helped me throughout the entire process. Normally, I don't like using the chat options for customer service because of the delay in response, but he was attentive and got everything worked out the way I needed. Thank you for your help!
