Reached out to their customer support for an urgent matter.

I opened a ticket, checked later and they already closed it without even replying or solving the problem.

their report always shows 100% accuracy by default no matter what, just misleading.

Im going to switch to either Wetracjed or Triple whale Sonar asap.
