My first experience with Syncee was terrible. I installed the app to import products from one supplier, and instead it automatically pushed a bunch of unrelated items into my store, including rugs and random home products I never selected. This wasn’t user error — it happened on its own. The imports used up my entire quota, and even after contacting support, nothing was reset or fixed. For an app that’s supposed to make things easier, it created more problems than it solved. I’m uninstalling it and moving on. I wouldn’t recommend this based on my experience.

We are sorry to read your review. It appears that a pre-made Import List was added to your store. These are ready-made product collections recommended within the app that merchants can choose to push to their store, and they contain products from multiple suppliers. We understand you wanted to work with only one supplier, however a premade import list was selected.
Please also note that imported products can be removed from your store at any time if they are not the ones you intended to add.
