Onboarded just now, but so far customer service has been incredibly helpful setting everything up.
They were very patient with me and connected over multiple Google Meets calls, guiding me through every step!

I was also connected to the same person every single time, so they knew about the progress and I didn't have to explain everything from scratch on every call.
