We are experiencing a critical issue with Shopify Marketplace Connect where inventory synchronization between Shopify and eBay is not functioning reliably.

Despite multiple support requests over an extended period, we have not received a resolution timeline or effective mitigation. This creates a significant risk of overselling and directly impacts our marketplace performance and seller account health.

For a core infrastructure connector, we expect a higher level of reliability and transparent communication regarding critical production issues.
