Have been trying to set this app for my webshop for the past few months, but all tries including contact with the customer support has failed to give me the end result.

We're sorry you've had trouble with setup. We've recently revamped our Customer Support system and encourage you to reach back out. You can do so by clicking the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the Shopify Admin and selecting "Get support."
