10/10 – CONNIE & AGENT SHERRY!
This is my first time using CJ Dropshipping. Previously, I worked with external sourcing agents, and after hearing several recommendations about CJ, I decided to give the platform a try.
To be honest, my initial experience wasn't the best. I often felt like I had to chase my assigned agent for assistance and updates, and unfortunately, I wasn't getting the support I expected.
Thankfully, I was eventually assigned Connie and Agent Sherry, and they completely changed my experience.
From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to help me. They solved problems that had been left unresolved, answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and treated me with incredible professionalism, kindness, and patience throughout the entire process.
What impressed me most was their willingness to help and their genuine dedication to finding solutions. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Every interaction was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. They made me feel like a valued client and gave me confidence in both the platform and our future cooperation.
Because of Connie and Sherry, I now look forward to building a long-term partnership with CJ. I will also be expanding my use of their services across additional brands in the future.
