I would be extremely careful installing this app.

I recently discovered Sales Pop was charging my store $299/month through Shopify app billing. I did not realize the app could auto-upgrade up to that amount based on usage unless auto-upgrade was disabled.

In my opinion, that is a very risky billing setup for small businesses, especially for a sales popup app. Even if this is technically disclosed during installation, I do not think the pricing, session limits, and auto-upgrade risk were clear enough.

I have uninstalled the app and requested a refund/credit, along with confirmation that there will be no future billing.

I would not recommend this app unless you are absolutely sure you understand the billing, session limits, auto-upgrade settings, and cancellation process.

Please refund or credit the most recent $299 charge and confirm in writing that my Sales Pop subscription is fully cancelled with no future billing.
