I’m satisfied with the support team, but due to the different time zones, our schedules don’t align. The time window in which I can work on and resolve my issues doesn’t match their availability. This creates delays, and it’s becoming difficult to manage. There is a clear need to expand the support team to ensure continuous coverage for customers worldwide
