After almost 5 years as a paying customer, my Shopify-billed subscription was unexpectedly disrupted without my request. Chatra confirmed I did not cancel or uninstall the app, but still refused to restore my plan and asked me to re-subscribe at a higher price. Very disappointing handling of a loyal customer and poor communication around billing changes.
