The app works great for what it does: sending transactional notifications. But other than that, it doesn't help much, unfortunately.

You need 2 more main things implemented:
- broadcasting
- abandoned cart / checkout automations

...and then the app wil be 5-stars. Until then, only 3-stars for being extremely basic.
Also, all the contacts show as unknown number (not sure if their name is supposed to show, probably not, but it would be good if customers were matched with the Shopify customer database via their phone number).

We are working hard to improve the app. For example, we have just launched message customization. You can now edit message templates (right in the app) to match your brand. We are also working on other improvements.
