Spent several hours helping identify and explain a bug in this app. The team used my store to reproduce the issue, tested fix, and ultimately improved their product based on bug that was reproduced on my app

During our conversations, I mentioned that I was planning to purchase the annual plan, and I was under the impression that my time and assistance would be recognized accordingly. Unfortunately, when it came time to subscribe, they refused to extend the discount to the annual plan and stated that the previous discount was unrelated to any future purchase.

While I appreciate that the bugs were eventually fixed, the overall experience left me disappointed. I invested a significant amount of time helping improve the app and, in the end, felt that my contribution and loyalty as a potential long-term customer were not valued.

I hope the they reconsiders how it treats customers who go out of their way to assist with troubleshooting and product improvements.
