Price/quality is ok. Its low price, low quality compared to other options like LuckyOrange. I had a basic plan 9.90 per month and decided to switch to a free plan.

Standard billing practice is to retain access to premium features till the end of billed period. But, in this case, even though i had paid for a full month and switched before the end - my premium features were cancelled immediately.

I asked the support chat and they confirmed this is how it is. No warnings whatsoever that switching will cancel even already paid features. Its definitely not industry standard - and support mentioned "we will try to find out what went wrong". Maybe start by looking into standard practices and your policies.

Reply to Chris (Propel). - thats not how that went. Read below:

As i explained the support employee using a hypothetical situation - what if i had just paid for a month and then cancelled? - he indeed mentioned that due to the very short window they would refund.

But in my situation where i had just a few days left of my paid cycle - it would not be the case as it is already cancelled.

So no, you did not offer me that, you also failed to offer me access to the features for the days i had left.

Thanks for the feedback and correction. Our agent should have offered you a refund for your unused plan time, and I've sent that along to you.

Please rest assured that we'll be shipping an improved downgrade flow in the next couple weeks that will keep those features active through the end of the billing cycle.
