Thanks for flagging this. A sudden stop on label downloads or prints is often a browser or PDF hiccup, so it's worth ruling that out first. Two quick checks: try generating the labels in a different browser or an incognito/private window, and make sure pop-ups and downloads aren't blocked for your Shopify admin.
