I am using ZEBRA jewelry labels LC8 but I can not choose SKUs Title … it tells label too small - can you please fix that problem urgently - it’s the only label app from Shopify and that should be working perfect
Thanks
Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback! Customizations for ZSB-LC8 labels are currently limited, but we’re always working to improve the way our apps work, so I’ve passed this feedback along to our developer team.
Hi, I need to change the location of the € symbol that appears in the price and give it a little more space so that it doesn't look so close together.
Could you help me?
Very glitchy. When adding products it keeps previous printed products in gthe cue so you will have to restart app or manually go to each and set print to 0 so as to not duplicate barcode printing
Almost there. Too many steps to print labels. Why do I need to "create barcodes" before printing labels? Might as well create the barcodes as I print labels at the same time. Need product names on jewelry tags and all product names on other tags are too short.
Thank you so much for your review and feedback, and taking the time to do so! We understand just how important it is to have the process be quick and efficient for you, and I have passed this along to our developers. If the Retail Barcode Labels app doesn't meet your needs, you're welcome to explore some third-party options for creating barcode labels here: https://shopify.link/doJ5
This is a great app if you only need to print barcodes once as it will not allow a second print, even if you uninstall, reinstall, and create new codes for your products. I struggled with it for far too long before removing.
This app is an absolute joke.
It has 0 support for Cyrillic alphabets, so it becomes absolutely unusable for our shop in Bulgaria.
We’ve raised this to Shopify support several time over 2 YEARS, and still there is no support.
Even though we are quite fond of Shopify to an extent, it often feels like the company is sloppy and not committed to maintaining and fixing their older apps.
Thanks for taking the time and sharing this feedback. If the Retail Barcode Labels app isn't able to support the alphabets for your business, then there are some third-party options that you can explore and we've got a list of them here: SKU and barcode apps (https://shopify.link/BJoA). need to be able to add compare price on label
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! I understand for some, displaying the compare at price is important. Labels have very limited space and typically customers are more interested in verifying size, etc. I will pass on your suggestion to our developers, though, as they are always interested in merchant feedback.
I’ve encountered with the Google Merchant Center integration on my Shopify store. Specifically, the GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) for my products is not syncing properly with Google Merchant Center, which has led to limited product performance and visibility.
As a basic barcode app, this seems to do the trick. But I want to integrate with Google Merchant Center and it needs GTIN (12 character) and there isn't an option for it.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our app will generate barcodes for in-store use using the last eight digits of the product ID. A GTIN is a globally unique id number and must be obtained externally. Any GTINs uploaded in the barcode field of the product can then be printed on labels.
It's just plain awful. Printing labels should be a one click and done process. This is very far away from being a functional product for brick and mortar shops. Shopify is a world class e-commerce platform. We've been flatly shocked at how empty the entire Point of Sale experience has been, and this app just personifies the entire journey. Lacks basic functionality. When we onboarded with Shopify - it never occurred to us that we should ask such absurd questions like - "does your platform have a way to print labels for products that is in keeping with the fact that we live in the year 2024?"
Should have asked. Here we are after a 3-month migration to Shopify - wishing we could go back in time and know better.
Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we truly appreciate it. As we can completely understand the impact of this, I've gone ahead and shared your feedback with our developers to consider in future updates. - Blair, Shopify Support
