when i tried to customize the preset template, product_image got disappeard

Thanks for trying the new message customization feature that lets you customize nessage tenplates to match your brand.

The feature already allows for custom images on customized templates. Based, on your feedback, we have updated it to also allow combining default product images with a customized template. Please check out the update.
